Stress mangement during exams
It is the period of stress and tension as the final exams are round the corner. Here i give a few tips of stress management during exams:
1. Make a time table for yourself for the exams about how much time you have to study a particular subject. Try to give more time to the weaker ones.
2. Go through the chapters carefully and make short notes so that you can ad them during the last few hours.
3. Take a nutritious and healthy diet especially during the exams. Do not eat too much which causes drowsiness and loss of concentration. Take fruits at short intervals.
4. Don't study for long hours continously. Take short breaks in between like go for a walk or take a short nap to make your mind and body relaxed, not tired.
5. A proper sleep of atleast 8 hours is very important during the exams. If you are sleep deprived, you won't be able to remember any of the topics you worked so hardupon and that will only increase your tension.
6. Try to stay away from gadgets which cause distraction. But if it is very important, manage time for them. Do not waste much time on them.
7. Try to convince your parents that you are studying thoroughly and that your parents should not be excessively tensed about your studies.
